  • You have 2 breaks of 15 minutes per shift: click Take break, and Back from break when you return. Your windows stay shared during the break; your shift time pauses.
  • Don't minimize the Infloww Messages windows: a minimized window shows black to supervisors.
  • Your shift starts when you click Start shift and share your windows, and ends when you click End shift. Time only counts while they are shared. If one stops, click Share missing window.
  • If your internet drops, this page reconnects by itself and keeps sharing.
  • You don't see other chatters' screens, and they don't see yours.
